About Andrea Richard
Born and raised in the Capital of Louisiana, Baton Rouge. I have lived in and around Houston since 2008. I'm living and enjoying this wonderful thing called life with my loving husband, Derrick. Together, Derrick and I have 10 children, between the two of us. I think we have The Brady Bunch beat, to say the least. We are almost empty nesters, which is more bitter than sweet, for me. My Husband and youngest son enjoy the true cowboy lifestyle on our ranch, caring for over 15 of our horses and training clients' horses. I enjoy eating out, online shopping, working out, and murder documentaries, (which my kids refer to as 'killing shows'). With well over 10 years of sales and real estate title experience, my extensive knowledge is helping me to navigate my career as a Realtor®, successfully. I have an intelligible understanding that not all home buying and selling journeys are alike.
